Road Runner: A Modern Electric Cargo Bike

Ready for a 2-wheeled electric cargo bike with an aluminum frame, aerodynamic design, and a range of approximately 45 km? If you’ve ever ridden a traditional cargo bike, you know how heavy they can be to maneuver. We wanted to create a modern delivery bike that fits everyday use today, not 100 years ago when the first cargo bike hit the market.

The result is the CargoKid Road Runner.

Some of the key differences you’ll notice compared to the classic cargo bike:

• The frame is made of aluminum, significantly reducing weight.
• The cargo area is made from EPP (a durable combination of hard plastic and air). Extremely tough, yet incredibly lightweight.
• A powerful electric motor, so you don’t have to handle the entire load on your own.
• Aerodynamically designed cargo area, offering nearly double the range compared to standard electric cargo bikes.
• The cargo area comes with 2 x 3-point harnesses and space for 2 children or 1 adult.
• The bike’s electrical systems are controlled via a single handlebar unit: easily control lights and motor while riding.
